An event takes months to prepare. It deserves to last more than a day.

I film and photograph events for businesses and associations in the canton of Vaud, discreetly: recap film, teaser and a selection of photos.

Talk about my event
A speech on stage, in front of the audience gathered in the Garage Grin courtyard for its 100th anniversary.

The big day always goes by too fast.

You organised everything: the guests, the programme, the speeches. On the day, you are busy welcoming people and handling the unexpected, and you barely see what is happening.

The images keep what you did not have time to experience: the atmosphere, the encounters, the details. And they extend the event, for those who were there as well as those who were not.

Garage Grin’s 100th anniversary.

What the images are for.

Right after

Thank guests, partners and teams while the memory is still fresh.

To communicate

Feed your website and social media with real images of your company and the people behind it.

For what comes next

Announce the next edition, convince partners, and keep the company’s memory.

Video and photo, each with its role.

The whole team together

Video brings the movement.

The atmosphere, the music, the speeches, the rhythm of the day.

Photos stop the right moments.

An encounter, a gesture, a reaction, to reuse everywhere afterwards.

Both, or one of the two.

Filming and photographing at the same time requires choices. When both are not essential, focusing on one is often the best decision.

Before your event.

Will you disturb the guests?

Staying discreet is part of the job. At an event, the best shot often means waiting for the right moment, without forcing it.

Do we need both video and photo?

Not necessarily. They complement each other, but filming and photographing at the same time takes more time or an extra person. When one is enough, it is often the best choice, for quality as well as budget.

What will I receive?

Depending on your needs: a recap film, a teaser, excerpts for social media and a selection of photos.

When will I receive the video?

A first version 4 working days after the event, then the final version within a few working days. The timing depends on how complex the final video is and how much footage there is to assemble, but it gives you an idea. My priority: a video designed for your needs, in line with the agreed budget.

How much does it cost?

The budget depends on the length of the event, video, photo or both, and the formats you want. Each assignment gets a quotation that you approve.

Let’s talk about your event.

The date, the venue and the programme are enough to get started.
